New Quality Management System (QMS) for H2M
H2M is pleased to announce that we are designing and building a new Quality Management System (QMS) with a strong focus on further optimizing and standardizing our organization.
We are committed to excel in delivering the highest quality and full-service projects to our customers not compromising compliance with Health Safety and Environment. Therefore we appointed Versatec Energy to support and coach our team with the designing and implementation of a new Quality Management System (QMS)

Versatec Energy is a global technical consultancy that serves the Oil & Gas (O&G), Energy, and Marine Industries. They offer technical expertise for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Operational Assurance and Quality & Compliance projects worldwide
Versatec’s project approach for designing and building a QMS for H2M was to first investigate H2M’s current business model and practices for designing & manufacturing their modules, managing the fleet and project operations. H2M and Versatec then together identified the issues and bottlenecks in the current organization and listed areas and actions for improvement.
This last exercise was the basis for the next step in process, the actual design and development of an entire new business model and organization structure and QMS for H2M. The key element of H2M’s new Quality Management System is the integration of the loop for continual improvement: Policy, Plan, Perform, Measure and Improve throughout the entire organization structure.
